Important Craftsmanship Notice Before Purchase
1. Hole Molding Process Explanation
This shoe is integrally injection-molded from EVA foam. The hollow holes on the upper are pre-designed mold forming positions. Some holes retain residual connecting material and gate leftover edges from injection molding, which are normal traces of injection molding instead of defects. You can easily poke the leftover material away with a small tool for full drainage function. The tiny splits beside holes are breaking points of connecting leftover material during demolding, with no structural damage to the shoe.
2. Hand-painted Side Decal Instruction
The colored decorative patches on the shoe side are finished by manual spraying. Due to manual operation, slight uneven coating thickness or minor edge overflow may occur on individual items. This is not a quality issue and will not affect the shoe’s structure, durability or wearing experience.
3. EVA Edge Trimming Residue Explanation
After EVA demolding, natural burrs and flash will form on the shoe edge. We have conducted unified edge trimming before delivery. A tiny amount of residual foam scraps may remain on a few areas, which can be easily trimmed off with scissors. It will not affect the overall quality and service life of the footwear.
