Our promise
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
- Email our support team at our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund โ no need to return the item first in most cases.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened, including intimate apparel, earrings, and personal care products. These will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
