Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $9.99 CAD on orders under $75. Orders of $75 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the status from your order history page.

Delayed or missing packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll help track it down.
