If the bulbs are flicking and shut off immediately after installation, it is not bulbs' problem. You need to check the ballast and current. Our bulbs need 35W A/C ballast and at least 30A current. Sometimes, you need to purchase relay harness and change fuse to provide enough current for illuminating.
The bulb will be tested again before shipment. This may result in insufficient xenon combustion and cloudly inside. This does not affect use. The cloudly will disappear after burning for more than 30 seconds.
To avoid causing you any losses, if there are any issues with the product, please first contact customer service and send pictures or videos of the product damage. After-sales requests processed through the platform system may result in no compensation being granted.
If neither light turns on, please first check whether the ballast is functioning properly.

Access the back of the headlight assembly and remove the dust cover.
Disconnect the power plug.
Unlock and remove the old bulb. Avoid touching the new bulb's glass with bare fingers (use provided gloves or a cloth).
Insert the new bulb, lock it in place, and reconnect the plug.
Reinstall the dust cover securely.
Test the headlights.
Recommendation: Replace bulbs in pairs (both left and right) to maintain uniform brightness and color.
