Note that the BLADE SIDE must be OUTWARD, if you keep it inward, it will cut the conductor copper cores while you punch down the cable.
Make sure to punch down VERTICALLY, if you punch down the slant, it
will cause the metal clip in the wiring block skewed, and break the keystone jack or patch panel
