Product Name: DSPIAE ST-C2 Ultra Thin Single Blade Hobby Nipper
Positioning: The ideal choice for beginners for straight build (simple, clean model assembly).
Core Selling Point: Delivers nearly invisible, even, and smooth cuts on plastic model parts, minimizing the need for post-processing.
Key Features & Technology
Single-Blade Design:
Unlike double-blade nippers which can crush and whiten the plastic, and average single-blade nippers which can still leave uneven cuts, the DSPIAE ST-C2 creates clean, smooth cuts with a barely visible step.
Premium Material & Construction:
Blade Material: Made from selected 60CRV carbon steel via a precision forging process.
CNC Machining: Ensures consistency and eliminates axial play.
Precision Grinding & Polishing: Processed on a 5-axis tool grinder for a sharp and smooth cutting edge.
Hand-Sharpening: Final edge refinement is done by hand, a craftsmanship point pride honed over 9 years and 4 generations of nipper development.
Patented Blade System:
Micro-Step Design: A micro step between the sharp cutting edge and the wider blunt blade eliminates biaxial stress during cutting, preventing blade misalignment.
Blunt Blade: Acts as a stable anvil, ensuring the cutting edge falls naturally onto it for perfect alignment every time.
Durability & Quality Control:
Extra high durability.
Undergoes multiple inspections, including graphic inspection and high-magnification microscope checks, to ensure quality consistency.

Usage Guide & Precautions
✅ Suitable For:
Cutting sprue gates from plastic parts.
❌ NOT Suitable For (To Avoid Damage):
Never cut clear plastic runners or parts (high risk of blade chipping/breaking).
Never cut resin runners.
Do not cut metal.
Avoid cutting sheet stock directly.
✂️ Cutting Techniques:
Close Surface Cutting: For a clean finish, place the blunt blade on the part's surface and slide the cutting edge flat against it to shave off the residue.
Hiding Sprue Gates: Turn the part over and cut as close to the root as possible.
Secondary Cutting: Due to the stepped blade design, a secondary cut is often needed for a perfectly flush finish.
🔧 Maintenance:
Keep dry. Wipe off any water immediately and apply protective grease/oil.
Do not use underwater.
Store in a low-humidity environment.
Clean and oil after use to prevent rust.
If the blade gets stuck, pull it straight out; never twist it.
⚠️ Safety:
Keep out of reach of children under 10.
Wear eye protection to avoid injury from flying parts.
Do not drop or throw the nipper.
