Fitting tips:
Step 1: first stick OCA on touch or glass to check whether there are bubbles. If there are bubbles, please remove them first: temperature 30 °, pressure below 4kg, time 5 minutes (including inflation time)
Step 2: paste the module in vacuum, (check whether the vacuum switch and pressure are in place). Water blue bubbles after bonding are normal, which can be removed after defoaming. If white bubbles appear and cannot be removed, please check whether the parameters, pressure, vacuum, etc. of the bonding machine are normal.
Step 3: remove bubbles, pressure 5kg, temperature 30 ℃, time 17 minutes (including inflation time)
Step 4: after removing bubbles, quickly use UV curing, wavelength 365, energy 1800mj/cm2.
