4. Avoid using samples with high blood lipids, high fibrinogen content, and samples with clots.

2. This product is sensitive to humid environments and should be used as soon as possible after being removed from the sealed bag.

3. The S-hole of this product has three color detection points, and the color will disappear after adding samples or rinsing.

4. When adding samples to this product, it is important to ensure that the samples cover the three color detection points of 5 holes.

5. If the infected animal suffers from autoimmune diseases, it may lead to inaccurate results.

Inspection steps

1. Preparation

Balance the sample, test card, and rinse solution to room temperature (10-30 ℃), and mix thoroughly before using EDTA anticoagulant whole blood.

2. Sampling

Add 1 drop (approximately 10 drops) μ L) The sample needs to be covered with three color detection points when reaching the S-well.

Immediately add 1 drop of flushing solution to the D hole; Then add another drop of flushing solution to the S-well.

4. Interpretation

Wait for 1 minute to interpret the result, and after 5 minutes, the interpretation result is invalid.

Comment:

1. Wait for 1 minute to interpret the results. If the background in the S-well is not clean or the results are unclear, an additional drop of flushing solution needs to be added to the D-well.

2. The control point (Ctl) after testing should display red, otherwise the test will be invalid.
