Maintenance & Care

1. Immediate Cleaning After Use
   Clean the knife right after use to prevent food residues (especially acidic ingredients like tomatoes and lemons) from adhering to the blade—acidic substances can easily corrode the blade. After cleaning, store the knife in a ventilated, dry place to air-dry completely.
2. Care for Stainless Steel Blade

   • Rinse with warm water and a neutral detergent (e.g., dish soap).

   • Wipe the blade gently with a sponge or soft cloth—always wipe from the back of the blade toward the cutting edge to avoid hand injuries.

   • Dry the blade thoroughly with a clean cloth, then place it in a ventilated, dry area to air-dry.
